The bakery, restaurant, and liquor shop on-site were absolute gems, offering a delightful array of delicious treats and beverages. The masala omelette was a particular standout, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The staff, especially Kalavati, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Their friendly demeanor and helpful recommendations truly enhanced our experience. The tranquil ambiance of the property provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation, and the cozy rooms felt like a home away from home. Meeting the owners, who took the time to chat with guests during breakfast, was a special touch that showcased their genuine care for their guests' satisfaction. Overall, It’s a great place and I would definitely recommend this place. Whether you're looking for a serene retreat or a culinary adventure, this hotel has it all. I'll definitely be returning in the future!

The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the modern amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a beautiful view from my room. The service was outstanding—staff were friendly and always ready to help, ensuring that all my needs were met. I particularly appreciated hotel owner to come up and have few words. The on-site dining was excellent, with a wide range of delicious meals to choose from, especially the breakfast buffet. Overall, hotel provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and top-notch service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Matheran, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!
